Installation blocked by Windows
Click 'More info' → 'Run anyway' when Windows SmartScreen appears. The installer is safe.
Printer not detected
Open Settings → Printers and select your thermal printer. Make sure drivers are installed first.
Can't log in
Double-check your Shop Code (no spaces, lowercase). Reset password via support if needed.
Slow billing screen
Clear old offline cache from Settings → Storage. Restart the app — speeds return immediately.
